We are committed to making MPS2 affordable to everyone and offer two financial assistance programs:

  • Payment Plan

    We offer a 6-month interest-free payment plan. To get assistance, please contact Billing Customer Service at (844) 534-3510, 8 a.m.-8 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday.

  • Lynx Dx CARES Program

    Our CARES program helps cover the cost of MPS2 for patients who qualify.

Lynx Dx CARES is a financial assistance program that helps make MPS2 more affordable for eligible patients. To qualify, you must meet certain eligibility requirements. You can check whether you meet the income criteria on our website.

If you qualify, you can apply online or by calling us at (844) 534-3510, 8 a.m.-8 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday.

The cost to you depends on your insurance. Many insured patients will not pay for MPS2 or pay only a partial cost. You may receive a bill in the mail from Lynx Dx if your insurance does not cover the full cost.

Yes, we offer an interest-free six-month payment plan. Please contact Billing Customer Service at (844) 534-3510, 8 a.m.-8 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday, for additional information and/or to set up payment arrangements.

Your insurer may send a payment directly to you rather than paying Lynx Dx.

If you receive a check from your insurance company for MPS2 testing, please endorse the back of the check with your signature and the words “Pay to the order of Lynx Dx” and mail the payment, along with a copy of the Explanation of Benefits (EOB) to:

  1. Lynx Dx may change or update its financial assistance program criteria at any time, without notice. Lynx Dx reserves the right to request documented proof of financial need.
  2. Eligibility criteria for financial assistance are based on the United States Department of Health & Human Services (HHS) Poverty Guidelines for the contiguous United States. These guidelines are subject to change annually by the HHS and are posted on their website at aspe.hhs.gov/poverty. For eligibility requirements for households of more than eight people, call us.
  3. Financial assistance may be provided except where prohibited by law or by health insurance plan. Program availability is not guaranteed and may be limited or unavailable in certain states or under certain health insurance plans. Lynx Dx does not routinely waive or cap patient co-pays, deductibles, coinsurance, or cost share amounts. Patients must meet eligibility requirements to qualify for financial assistance.
