Detroit, Some Counties Expanding COVID-19 Testing Sites Amid Latest Virus Surge
Detroit and at least two southeast Michigan county health departments expanded their coronavirus testing sites amid a surge in COVID-19. County health departments are partnering with Lynx Dx to provide additional, no-cost COVID-19 community testing.
Testing is available by appointment and is a contactless PCR test using saliva — a spit sample that does not involve nasal swabbing. You can find current testing options here.
